The Gipuzkoa Provincial Council seeks to take a polyhedric approach to Development Cooperation, so that this collaboration will produce people and organisations that can help drive change in their own areas.

Implementing an action model to assist with emancipation and transition to adult life for young people in situations of personal, family and social difficulty. The initiative seeks to develop the autonomy of young people, giving them a comprehensive seamless care model between the age of 16 and 23, in order to provide new solutions for teenagers in the care and custody of the Gipuzkoa Provincial Council.

Turning Gipuzkoa into a smart tourist destination, in coherence with the model tabled in the 2020-2023 Strategic Tourism Plan, simultaneously addressing the five vectors proposed by the European Union and backed in the State by Segittur: Accesibility, Governance, Innovation, Sustainability and Technology.
